We are committed to the continuity of our core business operations.
Verint® recognizes the critical role of business continuity management and has established a business continuity management program designed to:
- Reduce risk by protecting our core business operations from disruption
- Provide guidance should our operations be subject to loss, damage, or failure
- Establish a platform for operational excellence and continuous improvement
We also require our key suppliers and subcontractors to define and maintain their own business continuity management plans and to make them available to Verint for review.
We act in accordance with accepted business continuity standards and legislation.
Verint adheres to legislation, regulatory guidelines, and codes of practice related to business continuity management, and we act in accordance with accepted standards, such as BS 25999-1:2006 Business Continuity Management.
We are proactive about disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
The Verint business continuity management program takes a proactive approach to disaster recovery and business continuity planning. This program helps ensure that our critical processes, including product deliveries and customer services, can recover and perform subsequent to an emergency or other disruption. The program provides for data and knowledge redundancy and includes backup and recovery processes, as well as management guidelines, in the event of an emergency.
We plan to regularly review, test, and update all facets of our business continuity program to ensure effectiveness, with risk assessments and ongoing business impact analyses to reduce disruptions to our customers and loss to our company, partners, and other stakeholders. We will modify our plans based on changes to our facilities, operations, and key personnel, and we communicate these changes in a timely way to our employees and other individuals.
We work to continually improve our business continuity management efforts.
We continue to invest in our business continuity infrastructure to enhance the resiliency of our key business processes and services to our customers. We will also continue to work to identify and protect the interests of our customers, partners, and other stakeholders against unexpected occurrences.
