We are committed to “giving back” to the communities in which we live and work.
At Verint®, we strive to take an active role in the communities in which we live and work. In 2005, we launched a Next Generation program designed to address the educational, physical, social, and healthcare needs of children in our local communities. The program engages Verint employees around the globe, channeling their time and talents to projects that benefit children in need.
Our employees help children in need through Verint’s Next Generation program.
Since the founding of our Next Generation program, Verint employees have participated in a wealth of fundraising and awareness programs around the globe.
In April, 2009, Verint joined the more than 3 million workplaces in the US and Canada that participate in the annual Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day. Six Verint offices hosted over 90 children to provide this next generation with a better understanding of career opportunities available to them.
In California, Verint staff donates teaching materials to local schools and household items to local shelters.
In India, Verint employees collect food and clothing for homeless and orphaned children.
In Israel, Verint staff participates in a wealth of community service activities, from painting community centers, cleaning parks, and planting gardens to hosting holiday parties for underprivileged children.
In Colorado, Verint employees collect equipment, supplies, clothing, and gift items for the Denver Children’s Home for traumatized, abused, and neglected children and also provide financial support for the Boy Scouts of America and its youth development and educational activities.
In Georgia (US), our office engages high school students in 5-week internships designed to introduce them to career opportunities in technology.
In Maryland, the Verint Next Generation team partners with the Baltimore County Department of Social Services to provide holiday items for families in need.
In the UK, Verint employees take part in the Flora London Marathon, covering 26 miles and raising thousands of pounds for the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children. Employees also worked with a local horticultural college on a project to grow Christmas trees as part of a sustainable and organic tree providing project.
And in Verint offices around the globe, Verint staff enthusiastically support drives to collect food and funding for local food pantries, toys at holiday time, supplies at the start of the school year, warm clothing for winter, and donations for local blood banks.
