Rapid, more productive searches. Authorized users can search specific fields or text in virtually any of the information collected. All text data is indexed, for faster retrieval. Additionally, X-TRACT Case Management can attach data elements collected during a search and attach them automatically to a case.
Flexible, secure document and data retention. All documents can be saved logically or physically. Users cannot delete or change data.
Intelligent forms. Forms can be selected and filled dynamically.
Comprehensive collection of case-related information. X-TRACT Case Management records all activity on a case. Additionally, investigators’ remarks, summaries, and notes are all saved as part of the case file, which enables information to be more easily shared with other investigators.
