With Impact 360, you can monitor whether employees are adhering to their scheduled tasks.

Although scheduling is an important function in the branch and remote office environment, the best schedules quickly become ineffective if employees do not follow them.

To address this problem, Impact 360 provides branch managers with adherence monitoring that works in combination with its forecasting and scheduling functionality. With adherence monitoring, managers can determine whether employees are adhering to their assigned tasks as scheduled, and whether the number of employees actively serving customers aligns with the number of employees scheduled to do so.

 

Managers can view graphic representations of employee schedules for the day, including start times, breaks, lunches, coaching sessions, and required training. Then, Impact 360 maps activities with desktop software applications and screens to compare what was scheduled with what the employee is actually doing with his or her PC and its applications. In this way, Impact 360 makes critical schedule adherence metrics available that were previously unknown or difficult to obtain.
